When you receive your package, carefully check its condition. If you notice any bumps, cuts or other deficiencies in the package , you must indicate them on the carrier’s delivery sheet.
Once the delivery is made, you have 24 hours to make any claim about the shipment, after this period no claim will be accepted.

DHL SERVICE POINT DELIVERIES
i-moments can offer the option of delivery through the DHL Service Point service, which works as follows:
a. Shipping cost savings: In-store pick-up is a lower cost option than home delivery.
b. Convenient locations: DHL Service Point has a network of strategically located collection points, such as stores, gas stations or kiosks, where customers can pick up their packages.
c. Flexibility of schedules: DHL Service Point often offers extended hours, giving customers the ability to pick up their packages at times that fit their availability.
d. Notifications and follow-up: Customers receive notifications when their package arrives at the collection point, and can also track the status of their shipment.
Delivery to a private home:
It is the traditional method of shipping where products are delivered directly to the address provided by the customer. Some important considerations are:
a. Convenience: Home delivery offers the convenience of receiving products directly at home, without the need to travel to a store or collection point.
b. Privacy: Some customers may prefer this method to ensure the privacy of their purchases.
