CONTEST RULES
I. Period. The period for receiving entries to the promotion will begin on April 15, 2022 with the publication of the promotion post and will end on May 1, 2022 at 23:59. On the day of its start, the promotion will be announced through i-moments’ Instagram profile.
II. Participants. Those people who live somewhere in Spain (peninsula), who have an Instagram account, follow the i-moments account, like the post and mention a person in the post of this sweepstakes on the dates indicated can participate in the sweepstakes.
III. Prize: You can win this batch of products:

The winning lot comprises only and exclusively the products with the described characteristics. If any product selected by the winning customer does not correspond to the characteristics described herein, the buyer/winner will have to assume the additional charges.

To increase your chances of winning this lot we give you more options: If you buy an i-moments product from April 15 until May 1 at 24h we will use your purchase as an extra participation.
IV: An award of the entire lot to a single person is established. Drawing for people over 18 years old. A unique and non-transferable winner. The prize may not be substituted for cash or any other prize at the winner’s request.
V: Prize assignment and communication: The prize will be assigned through a drawing that we will conduct between May 2 and May 5, 2022 through “app sorteos”.
This app will be used to designate the winner of the sweepstakes. In the event that you do not meet the requirements of these rules, renounce the prize or cannot be contacted for reasons beyond the control of i-moments, the order of substitution of the reserves will be the same in which they were designated.
For the delivery of the prize, a comment will be made to the winner (the name with which the person is registered on Instagram) in the same post where the promotion is announced and a story will be published with the winner. The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram to request their personal contact information and shipping address for the prize.
The user name with which the interested party participates will be used to send to said participant any communication necessary in connection with the promotion, including, if applicable, the designation of said participant as the winner.
The non-receipt by the winner of the messages addressed to him/her through the social network of participation, whatever the cause may be, will exempt i-moments from any responsibility in this regard, and i-moments is under no obligation to use alternative means of notification. That is: i-moments will fulfill its obligation in good faith by sending all communications through the social network in which the participant has participated, and the participant agrees to periodically verify his/her profile.
If after seven days from the announcement of the names of the winners they do not contact i-moments, it will be understood that the Prize has been rejected and the reserves will be contacted.
i-moments reserves the right not to award a prize to a winner if fraud, tampering, malicious activity or conduct is found to have occurred.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash. If the winners and reserves decide not to accept them, i-moments may declare them void.
